Aaron Coulthard, M.OMSc, is passionate about helping his patients achieve their wellness goals. As an Osteopathic Practitioner, he works with patients to improve strength, coordination, endurance, and mobility. His treatments work to promote and help patients sustain a healthy lifestyle.
After successfully completing the 4-year diploma program from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Aaron brings his extensive understanding of functional anatomy to help him manually diagnose structural deficiencies that pose as obstacles in the body’s process of self-healing. He uses gentle and effective manual treatments to emphasize the body’s ability to heal itself. Aaron is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA), which means he is not only a part of a professional association that maintains the highest qualifications and standards, but he is part of Ontario’s largest directory of fully insured Osteopathic practitioners.
When Aaron isn’t working, he loves being active. He enjoys playing volleyball, golf, Frisbee, doing resistance exercise, and walking his dog. When he’s not on the go, he enjoys preparing healthy food, gardening, learning about sustainable farming, or listening to a new audio-book or one of his favorite podcasts.
